PromptWizards.cc provides a free, ad-supported AI prompt generation tool. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PromptWizards to:

• Generate prompts intended to deceive, defraud, or harm others
• Create content that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Circumvent rate limits or abuse the free AI polish allocation
• Scrape, crawl, or automate requests to the service
• Submit spam, offensive, or illegal content to the community Spellbook
• Submit community prompts containing personal data of third parties

3. Community Content

Prompts you submit to the Spellbook are publicly visible. By submitting you confirm you have the right to share the content and grant PromptWizards a non-exclusive licence to display it. We may remove any content at our discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

The PromptWizards template engine, persona library, and technique blocks are proprietary. The prompts you generate belong to you. Community prompts are owned by their respective authors.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated prompts will produce any specific outcome with third-party LLMs.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptWizards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Age Requirement

This service is intended for users aged 13 and over. By using PromptWizards you confirm you meet this requirement.
